Easiest Guacamole You’ll Ever Make

Serves 4 people

This guacamole is perfect for those who are watching their carb intake. So easy to make and so good!

4 Haas Avocados – Very Ripe

2 TBSPs. lime juice (Juice of 1 large lime)

½ tsp. coarse kosher salt

¼ – ½ tsp. cayenne

1/4 medium red onion – finely diced

¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves

Peel avocados and remove the seeds.

Place avocados in a large bowl.  Add lime juice and salt. Mash avocados with a potato masher or fork. Add cayenne, red onions and cilantro leaves.

Serve immediately.
