Spicy Thai Beef Salad Dressing
1/2 cup lime juice – juice of 2 large limes
1/2 cup fish sauce
2 – 4 Thai hot peppers, chopped
2 Jalapeño peppers, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Combine dressing in a bowl. Drizzle over thinly sliced grilled steak on a bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and thinly sliced red onion.
Simply season your choice cut of steak – rib eye, t-bone and or New York strips and let sit for an hour at room temperature before grilling over high heat. Serve steak, thinly sliced over over romaine lettuce, green tomatoes, and cucumbers drizzled with Spicy Thai Salad Dressing.
