We’ve been here six years.  And every year, on labor day weekend, people at Dyess talk about the chili and barbecue cook-off at Buffalo Gap. We’ve been wanting to go, but always overslept on the days of the event.  So we always say… “Oh well.  We’ll just go next year.” And then next year comes…
