Easy and quick. You can use a sauté pan or skillet if you do not have a wok.
Stir Fried Pork with Broccoli
Serves 2 people
8 ounces pork, thinly sliced and seasoned
1 TBSP. Light olive oil
4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 medium red onion, sliced
8 grape tomatoes
1 broccoli crown, separated into flowerettes
1 TBSP. Soy sauce or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Heat sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil. Sauté pork for a few minutes until the edges are slightly caramelized. Stir in the garlic and sliced red onion. Sauté for a minute. Put the lid for about 3 minutes to finish cooking the pork. Remove the lid and stir in sliced grape tomatoes. Add soy sauce and ground black pepper. Add broccoli. Stir and put the lid back on while keeping the heat on medium for 3 minutes. Stir and serve.
I served mine with brown rice.
Note: You can use chicken or steak in place of pork.Follow instruction above.
